MESOTHERAPY

Mesotherapy

What is Mesotherapy ?

Mesotherapy is a cosmetic procedure that involves injecting a combination of different agents into the targeted area. There is no surgery involved with the procedure.

How does Mesotherapy work ?

The procedure involves tiny superficial injections of Meso serum directly into the epidermis and mesoderm (middle layer) which helps to nourish and rejuvenate, boost cell activity and stimulate thereby producing the desired effect.

Is Mesotherapy right treatment for me ?

Mesotherapy injections can treat an array of skin conditions such as

  • Dull skin

  • Loss of tone & elasticity

  • Loss of volume

  • Superficial lines & wrinkles

  • Hair thinning

  • Stretch marks

How will i feel during Mesotherapy ?

We apply local anesthetic approximately 30 minutes prior to your Mesotherapy treatment so you will experience no pain or discomfort. The procedure times may vary and depend on size of the area being treated and range from 20-45 minutes. Multiple micro-injections using a very fine needle are administered into the mesoderm beneath the surface of the skin.

What to expect after a Mesotherapy?

It is recommended that you have some time to recover after your Mesotherapy treatment. You will experience some superficial swelling, which will settle within 24-48 hours. Although rare, other possible side effects include the appearance of some small needle marks which will also resolve within a few days.

What results should I expect ?

  • Reduced blotchy patches that make the complexion dull and discoloured.

  • More radiant skin complexion and evens out skin tone

  • Fade wrinkles and lines

  • Tightened skin

  • Increase in thickness and density of Hair

When will I see the Results ?

Most patients need a series of treatments to see results. We recommend between 4 and 8 session of treatment at an interval of 14-28 days.

What are the possible side effects ?

  • Slightly red or pink skin which might be slightly swollen. This tends to disappear within a day.

  • In some cases, the skin can bruise, burn, sting, or become extremely sensitive to sunlight. These will go away without treatment.

  • Infection may occur if proper skin care isn't taken post procedure

  • When performed by a dermatologist, risks are minor.
